If you are feeling sleep deprived, the chances are high that your child feels exactly the same. If your baby is not sleeping well at night, they are most likely cranky and exhausted during the day.

From around the age of 6 months, most healthy babies are capable of sleeping through the night. However, like all other skills, healthy sleeping habits have to be taught. By taking your child’s needs  and your family’s requirements into consideration I will be able to create a customized sleep plan that is best suited for your child’s stage of development.

With the use of predictable routines and gentle techniques your baby will quickly learn to love their sleep environment.

  • Preliminary evaluation – helps me to understand your situation and any sleep related problems that your baby is encountering.
  • Sleep questionnaire – gives me the opportunity to get more information for a detailed analysis.
  • 60 – 90 minute consultation (Over Skype, Phone, or Face-to-Face) – This is when we will go through the sleep plan together and discuss how we will implement the changes. The consultation is also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions that you might have.
  • 2 weeks of support – 4 x 20 minute scheduled follow up calls + unlimited emails and WhatsApp (response within 24 hrs)
